LIFO ® ANALYSIS OF CANDIDATE'S CHARACTERISTICS
AGAINST CLIENT AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

(LIFO STYLE DIMENSIONS)

 The client is asked to rate requirements for a position by indicating what is important.

For the style dimension the corresponding LIFO style category is shown that would provide a basis for judgment -, a comma indicates either/or - the order of the style code indicates the preference. A + is used to suggest that the following items would make the choice a stronger one. A - is used to indicate a blend of styles. Feedback is provided on the fit based on a rough score of (1-10), where 1 is low and 10 is high.
